Post Producer (CGI / VFX)

Abyss Digital is looking for an experienced Post Producer to lead day-to-day production of high-end CGI and VFX-heavy commercial projects within our Warsaw studio. This role requires someone who understands both structure and creative quality — capable of managing complex pipelines while protecting the standard of the final image.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day post-production of CGI/VFX projects

Manage schedules, milestones, and artist capacity

Track workflow via Ftrack

Coordinate CG & Comp Leads, Art Directors, artists, and clients

Oversee delivery quality, technical compliance, and deadlines

Maintain clear and professional internal and client communication

Requirements

5+ years experience in a post-production or VFX studio (commercial work preferred)

Strong understanding of full CG/VFX pipeline

Experience with Ftrack or similar production systems

Excellent written and structured communication

Strong organization and version control discipline

Knowledge of delivery specs, formats, and technical requirements

Experience managing post-production budgets (preferred)

Confident client-facing presence

Strong problem-solving mindset under pressure

High visual taste and strong quality control instincts
